The
communicators who are part of the Cyberela network participated
in contests promoted by CEMINA with the aim to facilitate their
access to ICTs.
The “cyberelas” received desk top computers loaded with
software for audio edition. Have been trained to use them, and received
broadband connection and technical assistance for a six-month period.
